How did you get interested in real estate?
Growing up with a mother who sold real estate gave me a taste of what’s involved. Seeing her enthusiasm and success, and the possibilities of a limitless financial future helped me decide to get my real estate license.
What is your favorite part of working in real estate?
Analyzing reports and working up the market comparisons to help clients know the best value of their property. Handing over the keys to a new buyer or shaking the hand of a satisfied seller are the best moments.
What do you like to do outside of real estate?
Love to cook, barbecue, smoke meat. Playing basketball and walking my dog is my favorite outside activity. Especially enjoy travel, taking long roadtrips to see all the amazing sights in our country and meeting people from other places.
Who is your hero and why?
John Lloyd Vincent, my grandfather, is my hero. He had a very strong work ethic, was generous to a fault, always put his family first. He worked over 30 years for one company as a shop manager, helping to build the company to a multi-million dollar success. When he was in his fifties, when many people start to think about retiring, he started up his own company, winning many sales awards, including trips to places all around the world. His company motto was “Strong on Service” and his company reputation was exactly that.
What is the best part of living in the Central Valley?
Being able to travel only two to three hours and be at the ocean, the mountains, the desert, the Bay Area, big amusement parks like Disneyland and Universal Studios.
